Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Andreina Guglielmetti Via della Tuscia, 2 - 01015 Sutri. Info@andreinaguglielmetti.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example: letter sent by post , fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the relevant communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery to offered us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods subject to withdrawal or until the buyer - consumer demonstrates that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. Please send back the goods or deliver them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you have notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered respected if the buyer sends back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days referred to in question. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by us. The buyer will be held responsible only for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from their manipulation other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
